Sassy Students Are the Bees Knees

When I first started this job, I wasn’t sure what kind of students I’d end up with. Luckily for me, I ended up with a group of pretty good kids who make going to work every day enjoyable. There’s never really a dull moment at my elementary school, and I’m constantly being kept on my toes.
I guess it helps to have a sense of humor that closely matches that of a 5th grader, which now that I think about it, is probably an issue. So what if I occasionally enjoy a pun or potty joke?
